I didn't get the welcome letter yet from the NVC but I would like to know what documents should I prepare? And how long does the case take in the NVC to be complete or it just depends on certain factors?

Thanks

Me either...I got NOA2 hardcopy yesterday but status still shows they will mail the approval notice with instructions.

it was just NOA2 no instructions.

I filed for both of my parents in March. I sent both documents separte in the same envelope to Chicago. Both Files have been recieved in March 11.

My mom application was approved on June 14th

My dad form is still shown recieved.

Does the process time different between parents?

Can I call USCIS , are they responsive and helful? Or they just say under processing

Please advise

There is no reason to call USCIS. The cases are independent of each other. Perfectly normal for one to be approved before the other.
