called uscis for to check on my status on my case they told me that thier system was down and suggested to give them a call in 2 hours

I don't know what to prepare actually after the case was approved, what should we do now? And how long does it take in the NVC?

Just submitted the ds-260. Everything is done on my end. Now just waiting for the "Case Complete"! Time to get some beer! Have a good weekend everyone!

Soon it will change and you will be done with USCIS. Then you have about 3 weeks to get your packet ready. I believe its about a month from approval to number number assignment.

I emailed instead of calling. Took a couple days. I know they recieved my case. Phew. But then it says the welcome mail comes in 4-5 weeks. So yeah. Following the schedule will save a lot of time.

I emailed because I'm in no rush. I'm abroad for the next couple weeks and I am not about the wait on hold while international.

Its like a 3 business day turnaround or something. There are instructions you need to follow. Works just fine to check if case has been recieved as you can't speed it up yet. But once a case number is assigned I will have to call to get things reviewed I think.

I see some folks get their notice within 5 days and I am in my 2nd week. So I was just calling to check if they have my case just in case it is lost in the mail.

how long it take after the RFE notice and to get the approval at potanmatic office i have mailed mine at 15 june 2016 and it said it was dillevered on 27 june 2016 so i am still wating for my approval from uscis
