i have a question regarding my case how do we know that the what the wait time at the new office in ponomatic service center

Well we kind of don't. They aren't going in much of and order. Check your timeline for a ROUGH estimate. Its running about 3 months now. The february topic has people with NOA2's that filed feb 25-27, but also people without that filed feb 2. So yeah.

March-16-2016 : Sent I-130
March-19-2016 : Delivered
March-24-2016 : NOA1 Text/Email
March-27-2016 : NOA1 Hard copy

June-15-2016 : NOA2 Text/Online

June-21-2016 : Sent to NVC

July-05-2016 : Received at NVC

July-08-2016 : DS-261

July-28-2016 : Sent AOS/IV Packet

July-29-2016 : Received AOS/IV Packet

August-26-2016 : Received Checklist

Sept-14-2016 : Received Response and Expedite Request

Sept-19-2016 : Expedite Approved (Lost 3 weeks due to supervisor review and document change)

Does anyone know what constitute and expedited case. My mother is in hospice they are saying she is not going to make it can our spouse come to the US for the funeral.

Hugs on the sad news. I have read in a few places that B1 visas are granted for funerals... in the end nothing can be guaranteed with Visa applications,

Does anyone know what constitute and expedited case. My mother is in hospice they are saying she is not going to make it can our spouse come to the US for the funeral.

Agreed they won't expedite your application for this. Besides even expedite would mean you still have several stages and an interview to go through so it would likely be too late. But a B1 or even a visa waiver (if applicable for your country of passport) should be doable. Obviously intact immigration about it to make sure they let the application through in the meantime. They will probably request proof of a return flight so book ones that have a low fee for changing dates in case you need to.

Case Complete: 14th April 2017 (10 weeks 4 days)

Full expedite approved (bypass NVC to send file to embassy), however too late as I already had case complete 17th Apr 2017

Hi all, I couldn't receive the hard copy of my NOA1 in the mail.but a couple of days ago I tracked the case and I realized the NOa1 hard copy was returned to USCIS.. because the post office couldn't deliver. But my wife didn't get any email pertaining to the NOA1 being at the office.

We have request for another notice. I hope my wife will get it this time.

Please, will this have effect on our case??

It won't affect your case ... It's just a notice, not a document from your application ?

Check Processing Times from here or you can check USCIS website. VJ numbers are just as good as when ppl update their timelines.

I don't know the deadline to submit the requested documents but if it fits in your trip, that sounds like a good idea.

Came home from a hard day of work only to see the approval letter in the mailbox!!!!!! :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

Approval date was 5/13/16. Guess Friday the 13th was lucky after all! My service center was Texas Service Center. The petition is being transit to NVC. Check your mailboxes everyone!
