Wow that's crazy fast! Congratulations! What service centre was it at, and what country did she file from? (I looked at your timeline and see it's not yours, so not sure where to find this info for myself). So exciting for you!! Did she request an expedite or just that USCIS worked in her favour?

Thank you. it was at the Texas service center. GHANA. yeah i just created a time line. so now you can find it underneath my msg. No i did not file for expedite it was all their normal process. Congratulations to the lucky few who get approved. For the rest, we are getting closer (maybe 2-3 more months?), hang in there.

I will be visiting California in 2 weeks for a wedding, from what I read it shouldn't be a problem at immigration. Anyone with previous experience?

Thanks

No problem. So long as no mail from USCIS to you gets the immediate attention it needs.

So have someone check your mail or something but I think 2 weeks won't be too bad. But find out how long it takes to respond to RFE should you get one (that is just an assumption).

My case has still not updated so I called USCIS today and I scheduled a call back so I am waiting. They said I should get a callback in 31 minutes time.

I've been getting lucky with getting through humans of USCIS lately.

USCIS customer service called back 2 times (first time, I was busy so i opted for a call back in 10 mins) they call but I was busy with work. So i missed that call but called them back. I spoke to a tier 2 officer and she said there's nothing wrong with my case. And she will send a note to the service center about the validation error on the website. She says it could take 1 month. whew!

Thanks for the update! I'll be calling them later in the week when I can be awake late enough to coincide with their time zones. Hopefully they will see there's an issue and issue it faster for both of us. There's validation errors on almost 60 in a row before and after mine. I plan on telling them the whole number range to make them aware so others don't go through what we are ?

Guys, FYI, January filers started getting noa2 approved this week! So March filers, we gotta wait another two months! This wait game is killing me... Fingers crossed. I can't wait to meet my husband soon.

Btw, I applied tourist visa before and got rejected. So I'm not sure if I should apply it again now. Some people advised me not to as I already started this I-130 application.
