Stupid questions on medical for all Colombia folks

A little confused!!!

We received packet 3 on March 8th, they said that when we complete all the information neded send the 169 and 230 to the consulate in Colombia, after that we are going to receive another packet....

BIG QUESTIONS

we have to paid the 100 us before receive the packet 4????

we send our documents in Bogota YESTERDAY, SO HOW MANY DAYS TO RECEIVE THE PAKCET 4?

what more to the affavid support?

AND FOR THE CERTIFICADO MIGRATORIO

Needs:

PAY TO BANCAFE $36.300 PESOS, NUMBER ACCOUNT 05699020-3 CODIGO 106 NAME OF THE ACCOUNT "FONDO ROTATORIO DEL DAS"

AFTER THIS COPY OF DE "CEDULA DE CIUDADANIA" ID CARD

GO TO DAS OFFICE THAT MAKE THE CERTOFICADO Callle 100 No.11B27 to 7:30 to 4 pm

takes 3 days!!!!

I don't have the answer to your questions, but I do have some suggestions:

1. You will probably want to start a new topic with this post, because it doesn't have anything to do with this thread topic. The people who could easily answer your question, may not look here to help you.

2. If you update your timeline and what Visa you filed for, etc., it will help others to answer your questions.

I agree with Looking4Wife....it would have been better to post elsewhere (See the Colombia CLub thread). However, I happen to come across your post and will try to answer your questions.

No, you do not have to pay the $100 fee to get packet 4. You must pay the $100 to the Banco Credito prior to your interview.

Assuming the beneficiary LIVES in Bogota, you should get packet 4 in less than a week...assuming they schedule your date right away (you SHOULD get an April interview date).

What about the I-134 (affadavit of support)? I don't understand your question. The PETITIONER needs to complete the form. The beneficiary will submit it at the time of the interview. You need your most recent tax return...or a tax transcript. Other items you need to support the affadavit depend on whether you are planning to meet the income test or the assets test...the instructions explain it all very plainly.

12/22/06 - Return from honeymoon to find both packet 3 and 4 at my wife´s home in Bogota.

1/19/07 - Embassy interview - APPROVED! (Visa received on 1/22/07)

1/26/07 - Adriana and daughter to arrive in Miami

2/12/07 - AOS and EAD sent to Chicago lockbox

5/7/07 - Employment Authorization card received

8/28/07 - Re-scheduled (from 6/28) AOS interview in Orlando - AOS approved.

11/18/09 - Removal of Conditions approved

Citizenship:
