Im the US Citizen spouse and my wife is the obviously the applicant.

Part 4. Information about the US Citizen or Lawful permanent resident spouse ----->>> ME

Part 7. Petitioner's Statement... - -> ME

Part 8. Spouse's or Individual listed in Part 4.'s Statement --- Assumed this was me as well since I'm the spouse listed on Part 4.

This would mean though that there isnt going to be a section for her .

On the visaJourney Exaple http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-751.pdf theres a clear section to sign for the conditional resident.

The current form does not have that.

Can someone assist with this please.

03/08/16: NOA1 Receipt Date (SAME DATE AS WHEN THE PACK WAS RECEIVED)

03/09/16: Check debitted from our bank account

03/13/16: Received NOA1 hard copy

See that's what I thought. i actually had my wife sign in that section but when I called USCIS, they told me I was the petitioner. That's what threw me off.

See that's what I thought. i actually had my wife sign in that section but when I called USCIS, they told me I was the petitioner. What??? For the ROC? Did they mix it up with the AOS? The petitioner is the one petitioning to remove the conditions. :) That's what threw me off.
