Good morning VJ, i have question about I-134 form on what to put on the oath and affirmation of the sponsor, before the signature of my fiance and the date?

First blank put your first middle and last name. Then sign it in black ink and put today's date. Done!

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

In the OATH section you can leave that space after the first sentence BLANK. Then sign and date it where asked.

The I-134 is used for many times of visas, it was not designed for the K-1 specifically so it asks questions that are not pertinent and can be left BLANK. (such as #11 that can be left blank also)

Hi hank good day :) i have onother concern today i filled out my ds-160 thinking id be able to pay my visa fee after, but i got stucked in the traffic and the bank is already close when i got there , is it okay that i signed it first before paying it? And one more thing... i checked the box saying i have a copy of the Imbra phamplet but, i dont have it yet is that okay? If not am i able to re do my ds-160? Please help am dead worried :(

Relax, you can complete the DS-160 anytime (before the medical and interview). Having the DS-160 completed is not necessary for paying the visa fee at BPI. Don't worry on the IMBRA pamphlet unless you used an International Marriage Broker to meet your fiancee. You can complete a new DS-160 most anytime if you so choose. You need copies of the DS-160 confirmation page for the 2nd day of the medical and then for the interview.

I actually printed out the confirmation pagealready, its alright that i checked the imbra box? This is fine? Was just worrued cuz wasnt able to pay the visa... whew what do i do with out VJ...
