finally!!!!!! my hunny called me up @ my office he told me that he got the letter we were approved!!!!! ohhh!!! I'm sooo happpyyy and relieved!!!!! it's true folks the site sometimes can be very mean all the while i was worryin all this time we were approved already since march 6 but the site would not seem to update even now I checked the date was updated for the third time march 5,6,now 12 but the status still says it's pending well it's a good thing that we still have the ever reliable traditional snail mail. thanks VJ friends for all ur advice!!!! so what's the next step???? The next step would be getting all things ready for the interview! Like...the affidavit of support, translation of beneficiary's birth certificate, etc etc. I guess you can check on the guides good luck!!

Samething happened to our fiance peition. Approved but no change in status. I just knew we were approved or that there was some huge problem in our case. Those last few days were the hardest to get through. It feels soooo good, doesn't it? now on to the consulate. Good luck!

Congrats! We are on the same phase now. As for the next stage, see the VJ guides. There is a checklist on what to gather. You may start gathering the documents needed during the interview.

Be patient.. We need to wait for 2-4 months for our schedule. October filers got their schedule now. Hopefully we can have ours in June .

Just hang on .. relax and enjoy your stay in the Philippines.....For soon you will be away from your family, friends and colleagues.
