Hi vjers,

So this may have been asked already but i want to be sure the information i have is correct. An. LPR parent is married and petitioning 2 children with 1 derivative beneficiary each so that is 4 persons being petitioned.

What is the poverty level required, i read yesterday that it is about $20,000 and $5200 for each additional person in the family Which tales it up to $40000 is this correct?

hi

one per person, but you only pay for one as a family group

so one i864 for the sponsor and one i864 for joint sponsor X 4

for 5 people it is over $35K

unless a new poverty guidelines has appeared for 2016
