In case you didn't find the answer to your question in the threads, yes, a few people have, but only about 10 so far.

The majority being from the first 2 weeks of Jan, I believe they are currently processing the 14th? Or there abouts.

But, this isn't gospel.

And yes, I think I've seen two people from the philippines get approvals.

I'm the 21st (19th received) with a projected timeline of 7th-11th if that helps any.

Looks like 47 people with NOA1 in January have been approved so far :)

I had a look over the USCIS cases I could find numbers for... was very bored, but found 1000+ on the 19th alone. And on that day I found over 50+ that were approved in the 2nd March.

So they look like they are currently that far in at least.

Interestingly 2-3 of the ones from 19th were approved on the 2nd of Feb...
