Morning Vj

I haven't filed my k1 petition for my future fiancé yet but I plan on doing so after my second trip in august, so ill be a august filer !! Ive been researching ever since last year to prepare because I know high fraud countries prmote being highly prepared. Ive been building my frontloaded petition month by month and so far this is what I thought of putting

payment 340 (money order)

form 1145

form i129f

attachment to the 34a question (how we met us petitioner letter)

form 325a and passport photo (me the petitioner)

form 325a and passport photo (beneficiary)

My birth certificate( certified copy and photocopy) and US passport all pages

intent to marry letter ( me petitioner)

intent to marry letter ( beneficiary)

Proof of ongoing relationship and have met in last 2 years

evidence of having met in last 2 years

trip 1 (January 2016) photos (50 or so photos )with descriptions and dates

trip 2 (August 2016 )photos ( 50 at least is the goal) with descriptions and dates

engagement ring receipt (optional , but thought id add this)

this section would be just a cover letter ,photocopy of the engagement ring I get, and 2 pics of me and my future fiancé with the ring on her finger

evidence of communication (biggest section)

Social apps (Viber, Whatsapp , Skype, Facebook Msger) , chat records& chat images all the way back to 2015 from the day I file (august 2016) with dates and call durations

evidence of travel

trip1 air tickets ,visa stamps , hotel receipt , movie tickets , flight itinerary, reservation confirmation email

trip2 air tickets , visa stamps ,movie tickets , flight itinerary , reservation confirmation email

letter of how we met , foreign beneficiary letter

just a one page letter shell type up and sign/date

thank you letter (not needed but just to add )

just a small thank you cover letter at the end

this what I plan on building , im vry serious about frontloading so it makes it easier for her , does this seem like itll be enough ? opinions are appreciated , also my now gf last year got denied a b2 visa under the typical 214b for lack of ties to country , I told her when she does her interview there is no reason to lie , just tell them you got denied for tourist visa based on lack of ties (214b)

I'm not sure if you've used this guide to help you prepare. You will need a front cover letter to list all of the documents provided in the I-129f packet. You can find an example here under cover letter:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

My personal opinion is not to overwhelm with unnecessary fluff. I think it takes away from the facts they are looking for. However, I know your country can be difficult. I would reconsider these:

1. 34a being an entire letter. Usually one short simple paragraph of how you met in sufficient, again too many unneeded details take away from what they're really looking for. The adjudicator have many many packets to review. I'm sure they get tired of reading all the minute details.

2. Letter of how we met - beneficiary. Redundant and not required.

3. Thank you cover letter at the end. Again unnecessary.

I guess if it makes you feel better to add in this extra you definitely can. I would include photos of you and her with family and friends.

It great that you have been preparing and researching ahead of time. You will be better off for it! Good Luck!

2. Letter of how we met - beneficiary. Redundant and not required. I actually saw a very nice video on a petition that included it , I think it was an optional addition

3. Thank you cover letter at the end. Again unnecessary. agreed just thought id add it

I guess if it makes you feel better to add in this extra you definitely can. I would include photos of you and her with family and friends. yes I will defiantly make sure during my second trip we have those , trip 1 was mainly just me and her , will do !

thank you , shes important to me so its a must

I love that! I can tell. This process is so stressful. It relieves alot of that to be prepared and informed! I hope eveything goes well for you!

If you two do any site seeing or go to any events, keep those receipts. You can include them also.

100 photos is probably overkill. If it makes you feel more secure print several per page and label on the back.

If you've got the boarding passes and visa stamps then the itinerary and ticket receipts are not needed.

Take your cues from others that have been through Lagos. Anywhere else just isn't the same. Even Vietnam, where I had to prepare for, isn't at Lagos level.

A letter outlining the evolution of your relationship may be helpful. It guides the adjudicator through all the evidence that you submit.

Best of luck.

Looks good, you have done your homework and prepared well.

I like that you divided the photos into each trip, I did the same. Add another 50 or so after and from your 3. trip, Lagos is big on pics with family.

Careful with engagement pics that can be mistaken for a traditional wedding. Keep it very simple if you have an engagement party.

Red flag letter: her previous denials, age disparity, tribe difference, racial differences, nationality difference, if there is an economic difference, quick evolution of relationship, multiple previous divorces???

were the same age im older by a few months , im Nigerian American , both of us haven't been married ever , she just has a b2 visa 214b denial , how does tribe difference even matter?
