DIRECT INTERVIEW DATE IN THE EMAIL

Hi, Im new to vj and i am pretty much done with k1 visa process. i hear that you get a packet 3 apparently after the embassy receives your case from the embassy but i have not received anything instead in my email i have directly gotten an appointment date which is scheduled on march 23rd and the email says to collect the documents and medical as in the instruction(they give a site) and submit it on the day of interview also they say that the email itself is my appointment letter. can anyone tell me if i am suppose to do the same thing like the said? and where should i pay my fees for my interview?
