Ds260 hold up

I called Nvc yesterday and talked to supervisor due to waiting for them to review ds260. She said she reviewed it while i was on the phone for her and completed the case and i will be getting an email shortly after. I checked online this morning the case doesn't show complete and no email. Been waiting 50 days now. This is for our son.

Your timeline is confusing. When did you send in your AOS and IV package? Are you sure you are talking about the DS-260 and not the Change of Agent DS-261 form? The DS-260 doesn't get reviewed with you on phone. That's new.

Yes ds260. It was forwarded to supervisor due to being past the 45 day deadline. But when i haven't heard anything back i called nvc yesterday and talked to customer service and was given another story i calmly ask to speak to a supervisor because not once was i given the same response from them its always different.

Many times a supervisor review puts you back 42 days wait..

So when did you send the AOS and IV packages in?

That was sent in couple months ago. But last night when i called back after i called the first time they said case complete. But website doesnt show that and no email.

Congratulations. First if you go back to the website you should see 3 NA's (but they told you verbally Case Complete) so really doesn't matter what the website says.

The 3 NA's are the documents for AOS and IV remain NA. AOS fee should now be N/A instead of PAID.

The Case Complete email comes 7 days after Case Complete. If it was yesterday 3/1. The email should be in your inbox on 3/8.

So you have 3 NA's The AOS Fee says N/A instead of PAID. Like I said doesn't matter you got verbal from NVC. Congrats.

Thank you. Lol i just called nvc now. And your correct thx for your help now i can relax. When i filed for my wife to come over everything went smoothly but this time its been a little rough. Thx again.

Yes I had the same thing happen to our case with the N/A's but we never received case complete email and I've been calling most days to see if we have an interview date yet but nothing so far.
