Hello Zainab786/ Sandranj,

I am in the same situation as you are, can you let me know how much time did it take for you to get the Approval?

I have filed VAWA 6 months ago, and still there is no reply yet from USCIS (Vermont Service Centre), and I dont have an Attorney, I have filed a Self Petition for VAWA.

I have a valid Multiple Visit Visa valid for 10 years, is it advisable to travel at this Stage, or wait for the Approval?

Looking forward to hear from you.

You should not travel without having AOS filed and with ADVANCE PAROLE. DO no travel before VAWA approval if you don't have the adjustment of status pending.

VAWA takes between 4/6months to be adjudicated, despite I have many cases approved in 90 days. You should ask your congressperson to inquire about your VAWA.
