F-1 Student marrying citizen

Hi,

First things first: I am currently an F-1 Student (admitted in January 2012) and am going to be out of status at the end of this month. I graduated in May 2015 and I am currently on OPT and am trying to find work but have had no luck so far.

My girlfriend (who I have lived with for the last 4 years) recently got employed and we have decided to get married.

I am new to this so please forgive me for misunderstanding a few things.

It is currently my understanding that, once we get married, we need to file the following documents:

I-130 (plus $420 fee)

I-485 (plus $1,070 fee)

G-325A

I am not entirely sure if the following documents also need to be submitted: I-693, I-864, I-765 so if anybody could help me out there that would be extremely helpful as well!

I also believe I can mail these in all at once because I entered the U.S. legally without intent to marry.

Please let me know if there is anything I am overseeing (I am sure that'll be a lot) and what I would be doing wrong.

Thank you in advance!

Whoa, I never saw this guide, and I did look around. Thanks for linking me! It's 12:30AM here right now but I am definitely going to take a look at this tomorrow.

Thanks again :)
