My husband is a naturalized Canadian citizen will he lose his Canadian citizenship once he is granted a green card or when he applies for american citizenship after 3 years?

Can I apply for a Canadian passport for our 3 year old daughter who was born in US and is currently residing in US?

I read that under Bill C-24 if you apply for citizenship but do not intend to stay your citizenship will be revoked. I'm not sure if that is true or not, still researching about it but would like to know what other us-canadians know or has to say about it.

No he won't. http://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/what-dual-citizens-need-to-know-about-bill-c-24-the-new-citizenship-law-1.2426968

Yes you can, but the process is more difficult than just applying for a passport.

My husband needs to apply for certificate of citizenship for our daughter before we can apply for her Canadian passport is that correct?

Canadian citizens cannot involuntarily lose Canadian citizenship, unless they are dual nationals and they've been convicted of a security or terrorism-related offense.

There is a requirement for Canadian naturalization for people who naturalized within the last year where they needed to intend to reside in Canada. But that doesn't mean they can't move out of Canada. Intentions can change. There are some people worrying that people can have their naturalization invalidated for fraud based on this. But it's very hard to prove someone's intent wasn't what they said. Also, for people who naturalized before the requirement was added, this is irrelevant.
