No sun today and the storm front is slowing approaching the Dallas area!!! I can really feel that it is getting ready to drop a lot of water on us!! I just went for a walk and the humidity is so thick . . . . I can't wait till it rains so this will pass!!

Batten down the hatches, Catherine. This one's a real gully washer, complete with wave after wave of massively heavy rains, hail, lightning & BIG thunder -- we even had tornado watches. Two people died Sunday night, washed away in their cars in high water... be careful ! Wednesday might be a good day to just stay home....

Ah, well, we just got dumped on big time . . . lots of thunder and lightening . . it was pitch black for awhile and the sun hasn't gone down yet!!! It now is a bit lighter and the rumbles are retreating a bit . . . I think it is moving east!!! The news is showing cars going thru deep water . . . I am happy I am safely at home instead of commuting today from 20 miles across town!!! Not sure when/if we get another wave, but I am sure it will come sometime!!

I think I spoke too soon . . . here we go again!!! turning pitch black outside and rain is coming down much harder!!!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, I think we are getting hail this time . . . or NOT, I just checked and I think it is very LOUD rain, hehe!!!
