Does it really take 30 days for case complete

Wonder how long it take for interview date? Status still show as paid not n/a

i look at Cambodia timeline for IR5 (us citizen kid bring parents). 4 months after case completed at nvc to get interview date

Some people don't show n/a even case is complete. Depend on EMS in ur country.

Here I will cheer you up. On my turn, it used to take 60 days for CC, you are lucky that now its only 30 days.

We all have to wait the 30 days... they are working as fast as they can. Be patient, it's a lot less of a wait then uscis ;-)

I've seen a couple of cases for Canada using electronic processing through Montreal that got CC in a week or two. Every other case, it has been taking about 35 days right now.

Took 2 weeks to get interview date for pakistan

Thanks Patazeem... well we have the email last 25th but I dont if that is the date of the case complete... but as my husband called nvc they said last April 18th...

NVC received mine about two weeks ago according to UPS but no confirmation of receipt from NVC.

Apart from calling them how do I know it has been received?

What number can I call to check if they've received it please?

This is sux. Not sure if I understand correctly but I call nvc again. They did say the case is completed as of yesterday (apr 28) but since my PD date is Jun 2015, there might be a long long line to wait for interview date cuz they just start working on PD date Oct 2014 for F2A case. Does this mean I need to wait another 8 months for interview date to be available?

NVC say that our case is complete last April 18, but then until Today havent have any interview date.. did any of you guys here have interview date already?

Hi I'm also waiting for my parents interview schedule. Their case was completed since April 15, 2016 but haven't received anything about their appointment. Some of us from Phillippines are also in the same situation just like you….Its been 10 working days for me and hopefully next week.

Got a good news guy! after 9 working days of waiting, my parents got their interview schedule on JUNE 2, 2016 at US Embassy Manila. Its thru phone call by the way, when i called NVC they just told me to wait for the letter and it took 7 days to email it to us because they just made the interview appointment on their system just today.

Congratulations!! that is good news , wow anyway NVC told my husband to call them Monday hopefully by Gods grace we will have good news... :clock::clock::clock:

updated for F2A: NVC emailed telling case completed and in queue awaiting for interview date. I guess i need to wait until priority date is current. Current F2A is Nov 2014 and my PD is June 2015.

When I check Visa Bulletin, it has two section A and B

Section A: APPLICATION FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES, F2A PD is Nov 2014

Section B: DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS, F2A PD is Jun 2015

Based on your timeline, your PD Fed 2016, you might have to wait for about 3mths or so. Currently, NVC just start on working for F2A Nov 2014

Our case was just approved on Friday and I have been reading a lot about the NVC stage. How I understand it I can not do anything till I get our case number from the NVC and then I pick an agent. Can that be me I am petitioning for my husband?

Read the first post on that thread and read through the NVC Process Wiki page.

You are correct. You can't do anything until NVC has issued you with a case number and invoice number. If you know that USCIS has sent your approved petition to NVC already, then start calling NVC to confirm they received it. Once they confirm they received it, wait about a week and start calling them again to get your case and invoice numbers.

N-400/Citizenship process:

Applied online: 9/06/2020

NOA1 received: 9/07/2020

Biometric: reuse letter received 1/19/2021

Interview: 5/12/2021 - APPROVED!!! 😃

Oath Ceremony: 6/04/2021
