Does it really take 30 days for case complete

I had to call NVC to find out. They did not email me but our attorney is taking care of everything call NVC. They said they received my AOS and Civil documents on 17th March and it is 40days to get review. Does Received date means scan date?

I called NVC this evening. They said they received my documents on 17th March. There is very high volume of applications at NVC so it will be 40days to get review. They didn't say about scan date. Date Received date mean scan date?

Yayay finally I got case complete case completed 3/29/16. Now the wait for interview begins . good luck to all of you it took my case 2/26 -3/29 so looks like it's taking the 30 days they say

Congrats lucky you I guess now there is no specific timeline for interview and all depends on how busy your embassy is but if u get on dwheels76 spreadsheet you can look at other cases from Pakistan and it will give a rough time line. Good luck

I am a weekly caller and always got the same answer "you have to wait 30 to 40 days" in fact before I called last night I got a very hateful lady who said "you need to just wait!!!!" But last night the man said let me see" good news it is complete today" now it goes in Q line to get an appointment days for interview PS

Hi i petition my mom and dad and just today when i logged in i saw 3 N/A on my mom's case. But when i saw my dad's case its still paid on affidavit of support. Scan date is 3/14/2016

Does it mean my mom's case is complete?

Even with case completed, your priority date has to be current by the time you get interviewed.

so you have to follow the visa bulletin always
