Does it really take 30 days for case complete

Here I will cheer you up. On my turn, it used to take 60 days for CC, you are lucky that now its only 30 days.

We all have to wait the 30 days... they are working as fast as they can. Be patient, it's a lot less of a wait then uscis ;-)

I've seen a couple of cases for Canada using electronic processing through Montreal that got CC in a week or two. Every other case, it has been taking about 35 days right now.

It took 30 calendar days for me. Scan date Jan/26, case complete Feb/26

Hi Chitti....i'm curious how you mailed your AOS and IV packages...FedEx or regular priority mail? Reason I ask is because your timeline says you sent it on 1/19, so wondering why your scan date was 7 days later. Also, have you received an interview date?

Yours also gives me hope for 30 day CC, which would be next Wednesday, 3/16. They received my packages on 2/16. Finger's crossed!

i got case completed today 03/10/2016 my scan date was 02/08/2016 it took the 32 days so excited and I cant hide it :)))))

How do I know the scan date? Is that somewhere on the NOA2? And what does Case Complete mean?

K-1 Process:

12/17/15 - K-1 submitted

12/31/15 - NOA1

02/09/16 - NOA2

03/16/16 - NVC case number assigned

03/17/16 - In transit to consulate

03/22/16 - "Ready" on CEAC tracker

Scan date is after you send the Iv and Aos packages on the last step of the nvc process. Its the day the nvc receives your mailed documents and they say it takes 30 days for them to review your documents , complete your case and send it to the foreign embassy
