Wow 172 days you scaring me but I am glad i asked this question I hope it doenst take that long . manutd10 you can call them like after a week or they will send you an email the date they recieve your documents is the scan date and I believe it's 30 business days not including weekends I would think. hello I am in same situation my scan date was 02/08/2016 when should my case be completed plus I didn't send the police certificate because it is not required for my country Sudan any idea about when and what is the next step after the case is completed and how long does it take for the next step help me please

Thats the same for me wadindiana. I did not send a police certificate it's not required for Somalia but I had an explanation letter to explain that so at this point you just wait I think you almost hitting the 30 days so update us

Same here, our scan date was Feb. 16th, I called yesterday and the NVC agent basically quoted the letter that we received telling us to wait 30 days, she didn't say anything else. We're getting more and more anxious.
