Today, I called the Foreign Affairs Division in Taiwan with regards how will I obtain foreign police cert., I found out that I can do it thru mailing and only takes 3 working days to process. I got the application form ready and probably will send it anytime soon. This is the only lacking requirement for my K1, i got everything ready and hopefully packet 3 will come soon for we know that i might get my interview date on or before June 11, 2007. My fiance already sent me his I-134, and all other necessary documents for my interview, Through God's grace hope this waiting will be over soon!

I would also like to thank Blair for being such a good friend here! God bless you and Judith.

Hi guys, glad to see things are moving along ok.

Manila does not send a packet 3 for K1 visa. The beneficiary will receive a pre interview letter stating they have received the packet from NVC and will "soon" be receiving a packet 4 from the embassy.

If you will go to the Foreign Embassy forum at this site and follow the Manila Embassy thread you will get a tremendous amount of info and some great people there that will help you a lot.

Best of luck to you both, Dean

Thanks Dean for the info, i learned that im waiting for nothing, lol!

I read your posts and regards with typo error of ur fiancee BC I experienced that too when i first get my passport. In all my documents I used the abbreviation of Maria but when i get my authenticated BC it is spelled out. So i made affidavit of discrepancy stating that Ma. Emerita and Maria Emerita are same person, so i have to attached my TOR, baptismal and school records to prove it. Now im using my full name in my BC, no more shortcut. I hope and pray this will not affect your petition. We pray for that...God Bless and keep me updated what had happened ok?!

its me,

maria
