Credit goes to Greenbaum too! I forgot to mention his name, when I said Hank, Tahoma, and a few others. We have been listening to these guys since approval and all there advice has worked like clockwork.

Especially, getting the MNL number from the NVC and moving ahead scheduling medical and interview before receiving letter from NVC. I'm writing this post March 11, 2016 as I sit in the Seattle airport. Flying to Manila today cause my Pregnant fiancee's interview is March 17.

Her flight I scheduled for April 10, 2016 three weeks after interview in case of any delay. However, after my fiancee's performance, hehe at CFO, I have a feeling her interview will go just as smoothly.

We would also like to thank Christine for her advice and comfort. Thanks to all now our baby will be born in the USA

Hello, anyone can help me how to fill up a "Advise upon intended marriage" form. I'm under 25 yrs old and I've read that CFO requires this form. Any help will be great. Thanks!

CFO may ask for the advice form, so it is a good to have it - just in case.

I don't know what form you have but the one I have is self explanatory - you list the parent's name(s) in the 1st blanks, 2nd blank is your name, 3rd section you list your fiance's name and address in the USA. Then it is notarized/signed.

These are the "gotchas" that we preach here for all those attending CFO to know as they seem to be their pet questions to stump the applicant.

USC's Zip code

Land Line phone number (If your USC does not use a land line then just give the cell number as they don't know which is a land line or a cell number)

The name of USC's mother.
