Hi. I want to move to usa with my family. We are all british citizens. I am 27 years old. I have an employee from usa who is willing to sponsor all the process. What do I have to do to travel there asap? And what is the procedure for the employee...

Can I travel under vwp and stay there until I get all the right docs?

You have an employer from the USA willing to sponsor you? What type of work visa will this be? H1B?

This company should have a legal team that will be able to better advise you.

You could visit the US under VWP but you would not be able to work . An employer would have a legal staff to get the right visa. An employee would have no ability to sponsor you.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
