I've read a few post about tourist visa. What kind of things help get a tourist visa to go to a wedding? My fiance has been approved for K1, does that help family go to the wedding as proof of why they are going? How does proof of intent to return to home country work? It seems like a wedding invitation doesn't make a difference in terms of returning to home country. Does anyone have their own experience on what things did seem convincing aside from work, and ownership of assets?? Any suggestion is much appreciated. Please share experience of approval, I've read many who got denied lol

a wedding invitation only shows why someone wants to GO to the US, not why they would LEAVE the US and return to their own country....no one can 'guarantee' that said relatives will hop on the plane following the wedding, parties, etc.....said relatives must convince the CO that they will return, all by themselves. No third party can make any legally enforceable representation that their relatives/friends will abide by the terms of a B2 visa.
