G-325A left out job abroad?

Hi everyone, looking for some insight/advice! We recently mailed in our K1 app, and then realized a mistake on my fiance's (the beneficiary) G-325A. He is British but lived abroad a couple years ago, in Australia, for less than a year. He went there on a "skilled worker" visa, hoped to get a job as a nurse, but it didn't work out and he ended up being a barista in a cafe for about 6 months. We conflated the "prior address abroad for less than one year" stipulation with jobs abroad, and thought we didn't need to include it in his past employment. He was also employed the entire time by his family's business back in the UK, which is what we did list (he has been working there for longer than 5 years). I have 2 questions:

1) Will this cause problems for us during the K1 process? Should we try to get this info added or point it out?

2) We will make sure to include it on the next G-325A for AOS, will the inconsistency between the 2 forms be an issue?

You fill out forms "to the best of your ability". That was your best effort at the time. I personally wouldn't worry about it. Six months in Australia has no knock on effect for anything like another police certificate to get or being associated with a known terrorist country.

Remmber he has to get a police record from Australia to show at his interview in case you guys didn't know.

Ah, thank you for pointing that out! I thought it was also a year or more, I see now it is 6+ months. I'll get him to order one

You don't need it. Read the London website link. It says "Required for all countries where you have lived for more than 12 months since the age of 16 and any country where you have been arrested, even if you were not resident there."

OK! Well he requested it online, can't hurt to be over-prepared I guess.
