You can't be too far away though. You're the only Baltimore filer here but I just checked trackitt tracker for Baltimore office and saw two people with similar dates to yours posted their interview dates on for 2nd half of August. I hope you also hear something very soon.

06/04/2012 - RECEIVED NOTICE IN THE MAIL.
06/04/2012 - RECEIVED BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT IN THE MAIL.
06/06/2012 - WALK IN BIOMETRICS COMPLETED.
07/11/2012 - TEXT AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS OF I-485 INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT.
07/13/2012 - RECEIVED HARD COPY OF INTERVIEW NOTICE IN THE MAIL.
07/28/2012 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDER.
08/04/2012 - EAD CARD IN HAND.
08/15/2012 - GC INTERVIEW. APPROVED. PASSPORT STAMPED.
08/20/2012 - GC CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED.
08/23/2012 - GC RECEIVED.

06/28/2014 - MAILED I-751 PACKAGE

07/05/2014 - RECEIVED NOA 1

01/15/2016 - Interviewed and Approved.

St Paul is such a backlogged office but not many people from there post on immigration trackers. Last trackitt record belongs to someone who filed early January and got interviewed early July (6 months from filing to interview). If they go with that pace, you should get your interview scheduled in a few weeks. I wish there were more St Paul filers posting here to help track.

Perfect!! Probably you already aware but the rule of thumb seems to be 5 weeks plus 1-2 days from scheduling. Labor day holiday may push it another day. So probably around Sept 8-9 you'll have your interview. Keep us posted when you get the letter too.

Oath: Date Oath taken

Field Office: Your local USCIS office where you will have the N-400 interview

There is not restriction.

Also, there is an article here " My Oath Ceremony Experience at the LA Convention Center August, 2013"

that I highly recommend you to read.

For who's done their oath at the LA Convention Center, is there any limit to how many guests we can bring?? From the LACC's website, it looks like the event is open to the public...
