No. They sent it on the 28th and it usually takes at least a week for me to get USCIS' mail so I'll get it at the end of the week. I did receive a letter they had sent me on the 22 when I made a service request saying that they requested my file from Nebraska and it was in transit. That's about it.

Thank you once again.

Yay! Congrats. Whether or not you get a checklist I'd still bring tax returns, marriage certificate, child birth certificate, passports, green card, interview letter and all the other evidence you have. My file was HUGE! So they probably collect everything about you that you filed that was federal and from previous Uscis applications. To be safe just bring everything lol

No it's just you in the room. Husbands wait outside.

The move is the reason why they expedited my application. So I had to prove it.

Is the move for the military?

We are moving abroad as well, and our request to expedite was denied. So we're hoping/praying that our interview will be before we leave in a few weeks XD

Is there a particular document you are worried about?

No, I am not worried about any particular document.

I was just uneasy that suddenly they seemed to reintroduce this checklist that they stopped handing out a couple of years ago. It just did not feel right.

I know. Better bring anything you can think of than get caught unexpectedly during the interview. You still have a while but good luck in your interview!

Don't worry about the checklist. With or without it, they can ask for anything they want to confirm your eligibility. So the checklist makes no difference at all. But they don't usually ask for all that much.

Over the last year, they have asked applicants for: full tax returns, birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, full bank statements, insurance cards, speeding ticket court dispositions, travel itineraries, etc.

At other times they didn't ask for documents, but wanted exact information. For example, one applicant was asked about the date of her ex-husband's divorce from his first wife... she didn't know so she wasn't approved that day... until the interviewer had a chance to go back and find a copy of the ex husband's divorce certificate in her file.

In most cases, they don't ask for any of this... these are all somewhat unusual cases. So take what evidence you have. I'm always surprised by people asking if they should take this certificate or that statement... yes! If you've got it or can get it, then take it. If it's going to be a huge pain to get it, then don't because odds are it won't be needed.

Thanks GandL! It was a tier 1 that did it for me. They process the requests in only one day; just make sure you fax/email evidences if they weren't included in the app. Good luck :)
