Residency issue? Filing DCF Manila

Hi everyone! I can't seem to delete my previous post but here's my question, I became a US citizen last 2006 and I've lived my whole life in the Philippines but I went to the US for about 1-3 months at a time per year. I stay with my aunt there so I have a US address. Will I have a lower risk of getting approved when I petition for my family? (2kids and husband)? I'm worried that they might have some issues with me not staying long there? But I'm re establishing my residency there. I'm torn as to whether or not I have a chance at getting approved given that I don't stay in the US for too long..

When you file the petition at the embassy, they're not going to ask for proof of domicile to the US. This will come in at the interview stage wherein you may or may not be asked by the CO regarding your establishment of domicile.
