Sorry pressed enter immediately. Anyway, I was born in the Philippines and only became a US Citizen when I was 16. Since then I have only gone to the US for about 3 months at a time per year. What should I put at the box where it says:

Applicants residence for the last 5 years? Should I put in my address and travels per year? Will I have less chances of getting my kids approved if I've only stayed there for 2-3 months and not longer?

Well visting for a few months at a time wouldn't count as your residence. You should put where your permanent residence is Are you living in PI for the 9 months of the year? Do you own property or have a job in PI?

I've been in the Philippines since October 2014 after a month of being in Chicago. I've lived here my whole life with only about 3 months of stay in the US. I don't have a job here but I gave birth here and now want to move back to the US.
