im leaving Pl this first week of march to jacksonville florida via jfk,is my POE is jfk?am I going to surrender my packet visa at jfk? im confuse so I need advice to anyone who knows my case.

so that means im going to surrender my packet visa in jfk.thank you lionness

First airport you enter in the USA (and a few specific airports in Canada) are you POE. There will be no doubt about where to turn in the visa packet, everyone exiting the airplane will be directed to immigration. If you are not sure what window to go to simple ask the first CBP agent you see. Process is very straight forward and easy.

JFK is one of the busiest airports and also an older airport. So things can be confusing. I recommend that you visit their website and print off a map to take with you. You always can ask anyone from the airlines or anyone who looks connected to the airport for directions.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview
