Use the copy you have of your entire tax return + all W-2s you filed with it. You don't need an IRS-stamped version of it. You would only need your paystubs if it were past your last tax return filing and you needed to prove current income. Since we're in the current tax filing time, your paystubs are not needed right now unless you want to show your salary increased since 31 Dec 2015.

Please further advise per my last post

hi

2015 tax returns aren't required until after April 15th

so if 2014 is ok plus current income, you won't have a problem

Please advise per my last post

Thing is I did not work 2014 and this 2015 tax year was my first actual job so I am only providing that. Which is a gross of 47k. So they shouldn't be asking for a co sponser correct?

Is your case currently at NVC and who are you sponsoring?

Please fill out your timeline so we can have an idea of the details of your case.

Just so you know, lying to the CO and saying that you're working when you actually aren't is fraud and misrepresentation.

They look for current income.

BZ I have a curveball,

Let's forget the tax return question. I was let go from my job two days ago and again, my fiancés interview is this Sunday but we have everything in line (2015 returns, W2 and paystubs) will they solely make there decision based off what paper is presented at the interview??

Please advise as I am paranoid about this

As I am more experienced with the IR-1/CR-1 visa process, I am not at liberty to give you advice regarding a K-1 and the I-134. I CAN tell you, however, that if you misrepresent yourself as being currently employed on your paperwork and to the consulate, that is unacceptable. You need to get a joint sponsor immediately as you are not currently employed. I highly suggest you get your fiance's interview scheduled for a later date when you can provide your fiance with the necessary documentation for yourself and a joint sponsor.

They will conduct checks -- when I'm not sure.

For K1, you can schedule the interview yourself so its probably best if you reschedule once you get the cosponsor's documents in order.

Baz I know it is risky no doubt, but I have all my ducks in line as if I was working again I have my 2025 tax return, W2, and all my paystubs from working there, do they check anything within a database or they just go off the paperwork at the interview??

Let me just say this, misrepresentation and fraud are punishable crimes subject to prosecution and immigration denial. Read the penalties statement on the I-134. I know you're trying to avoid a pain-in-the-butt situation, but you're now in that situation. You can't get out of it. Get a co/joint sponsor.

If my co sponser only had a gross income of 15k but assets ove 100k, should that be good??

Here are a couple threads I found that may or may not be helpful to your situation. The amount in assets is good, but I believe it depends on the type of asset and the required documentation. You'll need to do a little research into what documentation the sponsor will need to provide in order to prove their assets.
