This is for a K1 fiancé interview

Okay so I got a problem now, I have been at my job since September 2014 and just got fired yesterday, my woman's interview is this Sunday and although she will have my w2 for 2015 and tax returns etc, will this be an issue? Will they see I am unemployed??

They won't "see" that you're unemployed but, you should provide updated form I134 to your fiance and get a co-sponsor. The CO will be under the impression that you still have your job and will be able to support the fiance once she arrives in the US. However, since it's not true, it's up to you to provide the updated information to them.

So what I was thinking ls having my woman provide my W2 and tax returns, would you reccokend I not even fill oout t my own 134 and just get a co sponsor??

I am planning to write a letter explaining my situation and how I should not be unemployed for long.

Yeah but those tax returns reference your past income -- income you no longer have. You can provide a letter explaining your situation but I doubt the CO will approve the visa without having evidence of your new job. You should try and find a co-sponsor complete an I134 and still provide the letter explaining your unemployment etc.

Okay so I can use my father to co sponsor us correct and everything should be fine, although th he has not yet filed his 2015 taxes he does have 2013 and 2014 though

Yeah, 2014 should be fine. It's still the most recent tax year since we haven't reached the deadline for 2015 taxes yet.

Yes, another I134 and financial evidence (tax returns+W2s, pay stubs, employment letter, etc.). You should also include a copy of the person's identification (passport etc.)

So I already have my 2015 tax returns but not the IRS stamped version as that will take a few more weeks. My woman's interview is this Sunday. I my gross on my returns is 47k. I included my W2 and paystubs. Will I be good?

Use the copy you have of your entire tax return + all W-2s you filed with it. You don't need an IRS-stamped version of it. You would only need your paystubs if it were past your last tax return filing and you needed to prove current income. Since we're in the current tax filing time, your paystubs are not needed right now unless you want to show your salary increased since 31 Dec 2015.

2015 tax returns aren't required until after April 15th

so if 2014 is ok plus current income, you won't have a problem

Thing is I did not work 2014 and this 2015 tax year was my first actual job so I am only providing that. Which is a gross of 47k. So they shouldn't be asking for a co sponser correct?
