How to file I-90 for GC not received?

How to file form I-90 for Green Card not received. Actually now we are entering fourth month from POE and we do not received Green Card of my wife, however, we received myself and two kids.

I called USCIS help line they are asking for IOE number, but I do not have, please advice.

Use this website https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus to file an online inquiry. USCIS will typically call you back with information about your case.

You DO NOT need the IOE number to complete the form.

You can also call USCIS and talk to tier 2 officer. I 90 would cost you money as you will have to pay the fees. If your card is not sent to you yet or it has been returned back to USCIS, it will be delivered to you without cost. Don't rush to apply for replacement. Stamp on your passport at the time of entry is good enough as it serves as temporary green card for one year from date of entry. For now you just need to take up the matter with USCIS. If calling them doesn't serve the purpose, get the info pass appointment and visit the nearest USCIS centre.
