Never been an issue for anyone born during Soviet times. Anyone born in Uzbekistan prior to 1992 has a constitutional right to go there.

Most people can't afford to go there, but that's a different story.

Also said she was schizophrenic. Schizophrenia can be well managed with medications. I have a good friend from high school who ended up with that diagnosis. He's a good guy. He's had a difficult time with some things and he's had to move around a bit but he's done OK otherwise. Even in an emergency though, he wouldn't be someone I'd call to babysit.

reminds me of someone. i had a friend in high school that was schizophrenic. he was an absolute mess without his medication and a slightly manageable mess while on it. his symptoms were more along the lines of delusions, hallucinations, an almost obsessive compulsion with the obscene and pornographic. he would pull his hair out in patches. he would go off his medication and drink and become violently suicidal. there's more but i know what you were after.
