I received my greencard through marriage 17 months ago. I moved to a new place after that, and then moved again last month but forgot to update my address with USCIS.

Now when I file the Change of Address form, should I mention my first address or my second address as my "last address"?

Since you've already received your green card and currently have no pending petitions, it may not be necessary for you to update your address.

However, if you wish to do so, you should probably mention your first address since USCIS doesn't even have a record of the second one.

Untrue. See here:

Most non-U.S. citizens must report a change of address within 10 days of moving within the United States or its territories. Exceptions include:

  • Diplomats (visa status A),
  • Official government representatives to an international organization (visa status G), and
  • Certain nonimmigrants who do not possess a visa and who are in the U.S. for fewer than 30 days.

You should just update your address to this current one.

Adjustment of Status from H-1B, Family-Based

Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!

If there is space on the online form to do several address changes then do it, but if there isn't, just update to the most recent address.

Remember from now on to update with 10 days of establishing a new residence. Also any petitioner (or joint petitioners) should update their address with an I-865.
