You were instructed to use AOS and IV cover sheets. They have specific C/O.

Use the welcome list as a reference to place the documents in the order they want it but also is generic and lists lots of stuff that do not pertain to you.

I added a contents or index page and placed behind each cover sheet listing the contents of the package. (This is OK)

1. You need to adjust the resolution in your scanner to a lot less pixels per square inch or DPI (Dots per square inch), try less than 100, 72 should be OK.

2, According to your timeline your embassy is Yerevan, Armenia and you can NOT do EP with that post.

Only the following posts have EP (Electronic Processing implemented):

I added a contents or index page and placed behind each cover sheet listing the contents of the package. (This is OK)

We did use the Welcome Letter from NVC as a cover sheet because it specifically said so.

CEAC says "If you received an Instruction Packet from the NVC, it contains a cover sheet. You can send that cover sheet or a copy of the cover sheet.

If you need a new cover sheet, print one by clicking the Print Document Cover Sheet button on the Receipt page."

We also checked with NVC to make sure and they said it was okay that way. So we added to extra cover sheets.

I did print out the IV-Reciept since i will have to bring that to the interview.
