I'm glad you got through I remember reading how hard you fought for them to review your case so I'm now fighting for them to do the same with my children'should case.

I'm still waiting on my CC.

So sorry to read that they haven't done anything with your kids' case. Did they have their own case number? I wonder if you were supposed to send their separately and not included with your package. NVC doesn't seem to have a streamlined approach.

It makes no sense to me why I have to wait another 30-45 days for them to review my documents when it's a check listed case. they should have something in their system that alerts them when it's being scanned in that this case was already looked at and waiting for additional documents.

Ohh OK I misquoted your case for another. Yes they has their own case number but we were only to pay one AOS fee but different IV fee which we did. It never specified to send them separately but I'm thinking what did they think the other documents was for. As I mentioned I included a cover letter and cover sheet with package. We only got 1 cover sheet cause of 1 AOS fee.

I completely agree! I don't think they actually look at all the documents, in my honest opinion. If they did, then they would've seen your children's documents. if they did, they would've seen my husband's India PCC and BC. instead we get check listed and you have to call and fight. ridiculous and unnecessary delays.

That's odd I know many people who have no relationship with joint sponsor some don;t even know them. They sent no proof of relationship there was none.

Do you live wit your father?

I live with my father. I'm not sure when it's needed, but I definitely got checklisted for no proof. I sent in my birth certificate and my new scan date is February 25th. Fingers crossed I hear back by Friday or Monday Edited by Carolrp825

No my case wasn't complete on the 3/15 it's the 3/22 never said the 3/15

Sorry this is what happens when you are reading the post in email. You were responding to someone else and said you had same scan date they just got 3 NA's on 3/15 so I thought it was you saying you had 3 NA's so I added you. My bad.

So to get this right Parent has case complete children still waiting. Get on phone talk only to a supervisor to get this reviewed and fixed :goofy:

Maybe that's why they don't deal with ur children case

I'm so mad right now. Scan date 19th February.. Called NVC and she told me about the checklist of affidavit of support form. I need to send the latest version of that form. It wasn't my fault.. That form wasn't updated when we sent the documents. That's so not fair. Let's see what we receive in email. I hate this.. :@
