1st Scan Date 02/16/2016 Both I-864 Package and AOS package turned in with all civil documents

2nd Scan Date 02/19/2016 Update I-864 application received again to cover mistake of unchecked box

3rd Scan Date 03/22/2016 NADRA (Like a Birth Certificate) received again because they claim they didn't have and it was included in the package received on 02/16/2016

03-16-2016 Emailed Checklist (dated 06 July 2015---prior to filing USCIS Petition—False Checklist in my opinion) for Birth Certified (was included with papers submitted 02/13/2016) Escalated to Supervisor because it was included in the IV paperwork (two separate folders for Petitioner & Beneficiary (Everything tabbed (Red for petitioner and Blue for Beneficiary), coversheet explaining everything in each folder) Called about the Checklist date which is prior to petition filed. Representative at NVC couldn’t explain.

03-17-2016 Returned email back to ASKNVC regarding the date of 06July2015 checklist date

03-17-2016 Mailed NADRA again (1st Class, Certified Return/Receipt)

03-21-2016 NADRA received and still being reviewed by a supervisor in the Review Dept.

03-22-2016 Received ASKNVC email to request on 03-17-2016 stating they are still waiting on civil documents (no specific mention of the Birth Certified like previously requested on 03-16-2016)

04-18-2016 Case Completed. See 3rd N/A on the U.S. Department of State Website. N/As (Affidavit of Support Fee, Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence & Civil Documents) Called and confirmed with NVC

(PRAISE BE TO GOD!!!!) Now waiting on being scheduled for Interview.

04-25-2016 Official Correspondence Letter ensuring Case Completed from NVC and informing us they will be scheduling the immigration appointment next.

05-09-2016 Called NVC 11:00 p.m. CST and received verbal notification Interview Scheduled June 24, 2016 @ 7:00 a.m.

STAGE 3: Embassy/Consulate

06-06-2016 Medical Completed @ Aziz Medical Center Islamabad, Pakistan and available for pickup on 06-09-2016

06-24-2016 INTERVIEW AT ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES @ 7:00 A.M.

06-24-2016 Administrative Processing (Provide Emails)

07-22-2016 Embassy received Emails/Updated Phone Records/Viber Messaging

Yaayy we received the welcome letter from NVC. Everything got do much clearer now. ? But what is this military records???

If you served in military, you would need documents for it.

7/30/2015 Sent I130 priority mail to have tracking, I suggest you do the same.

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

guys they gave us the case number and IIN over the phone now!!!! :)

we completed the choice of agent ( DS-261)

it shows Completed now.

but we are so confused... the IV Fee shows PAY NOW , Affidavit of Support Fee shows N/A

I guess it show be the opposite?

pay AOS fee now and IV later?

the aos probably isn't billed yet. Not sure on iv cause I forget as I had to get mine unlocked, if u can pay it... go ahead as it unlocks the ds260

I got the email with the checklist and it says to use tat cover sheet. I already fedex'd the documents this afternoon and i used the document cover sheet that came with the payment...i just changed the "CMR" to "DR" like the lady told me it would need to be sent to.

Is it going to cause issues that I didn't use the cover sheet that came with the checklist? this whole thing is so jacked up!

Should I call again this morning for a supervisor and ask if they did put my case for review and explain they have my documents again or do you think I should trust that the supervisor from yesterday did put in the request yesterday like she said? I don't want to keep pushing them and get myself delayed even further.

I am sorry Lin to hear that you received an checklist.

Should i call NVC or just keep checking online because my date was 2/16 and i see few of 2/17 already got Case Complete.

Maybe i should wait till monday and if nothing happens call them on monday evening. Any thoughts?
