OH no just realize my husband only have filled tax for tax year 2012, 2013 ... and did not do 2014 because he was in Hong Kong from July 2014 till Sept 2015

And he hasn't filled tax for tax year 2015. Now he is in the US and has started work since Jan 2016...

for this situation... is it enough for AOS packages :

2012 2013 2014 W2 + pay stubs from recently company +I-864 + AOS payment bar code sheet + a statement explaining not filling tax for tax year 2014

You only need to send the most recent Tax forms + W2 or Tax transcripts to NVC. Since he didn't file in 2014 you will need to then provide 2013 and write a brief explanation why you didn't file.

I would include 2015 W2 attached to Letter of employment for 2016. You will also probably need a joint-sponsor. You really need to fill your 2015 before you send your package to NVC.

Is his 2015 salary above the guidelines? If so I would defiantly be filing now. You can use Turbotax and print out your forms immediately.

We have called into NVC the 4th time. Now we been told only 1 item got check-list which is my Birth certificate and they equally agreed they got it and made a mistake checking some old law against the certificate. Now we are placed back in queue for no good reason whatsoever due to Case handler negligence. Sent for supervisor review and we equally sending it out again with a backup letter and The wrrong Law which the NVC dude quoted for us

I see Nigeria BC. Let me tell you NVC and Embassy (especially NVC) only accept BC from NPC. So that might be why. I think their wording was just wrong. They didn't lose it they just didn't accept it.

Your choice. Tax forms +W2 or Transcripts.

I think sometimes people get the w2 confuse with the actual tax forms. Me too before I figured it out. When We filed I -129f which was denied last year. I used my 1040 form with the w2 attached to it and it was fine. I guess you can do that.

Things are moving quickly for us I received email last night to pay IV fee which I am going to do today and fill out the DS 260. I have also printed out the DS-260 exemplar to help me with the steps. Is it normal that NVC is only communicating with me only through email? I must admit I had some good laughs on here last night.? Let's keep that sense of humor going.

Yes that's normal email communications. Only those with no email get postal mail.

Goodness you printed that 72 page beast LOL. It will take a good hour. But it's actually fun. I think all petitioners should fill out see how well they know their hunny.

It means National Population Commission. The new birth certificate is a long paper with the age declaration page. It will cost you about 5-6 thousand naira. That's the only one they will accept. If you don't have it I advise you get on it now.

Yes 72 pages.??. I have not sent out any package yet. Waiting for the police clearance from my husband. I am using this weekend to get everything together. It's not easy finding time in between work to do all this. At the end of this journey everything will be well.
