Pls forget about the 3 days. It will go running...Waiting is exciting sometimes :)

My earlier scan date was 8 Feb but after I got my police report, I have sent them a copy and now they gave me a new scan date- 16 Feb

Am waiting... :rolleyes:

My second scan date is also Feb 16. I had the feeling that NVC was slowing down a lot, but now it looks like they're speeding up again.

in my case I didn't knew my country provides 2 court certificates I only sent one so maybe I should either wait for a checklist or pray they will request it at the interview anyways thank u so much for your response and good luck

Oh what is court certificate?

In one form they mention all the periods lived in and say "No criminal records"

in my country police doesn't provide police clearance court does and I didn't knew there's 2 documents one is that ur never convicted of some crime and one that there's no legal or civil pursuits for u at the moment

Having finally received the welcome letter from the NVC, we aim to send off everything by the end of the month! Now, to check that my father-in-law has everything he needs to fill in the I-864. I know I've got a long way to go, but I feel optimistic!

I hope y'all will get CC as soon as possible! :)

I'm confused. Are you talking about sending the bio-pages of his passport(I assume he is the one immigrating and you are the petitioner).

Stamped pages isn't part of the IV package it's just the Bio page they want.

Yes I am the petitioner and my husband is immigrating

As i mentioned the passports were only valid for one year , so he renewed frequently (which is silly)

he has a total of 6 passports one he cant find.

Do I need all bio pages from the passports sent in?

You only need to provide the biographic page of the valid unexpired passport. I'm not sure about the consulate in Mexico but he may be asked to bring in all previous expired passports. If he doesn't have it, he should just be honest with the CO and say he lost it.

It's the same situation with my husband. He doesn't have his previous expired passport either. He didn't think he needed to keep track of it when he was moving since he had his current valid passport. I think Mumbai's Packet 4 mentions bringing in previous passports, but he'll only have his current one.

Just one question to people who have completed sending documents to NVC: Are we sending copies of orginal supporting documents? Not any orginal documents. ?

Also if you have stayed in different states of a countrty, do u need different PCC from each of the states or just one from a country?

NVC only needs copies of the originals. The original plus copies will be taken to the interview.

you only need PCC from each country you lived since the age 16 not State.
