just created my own signature. AOS was paid on March 9. When can I pay IV ? I see some of you paying IV the next day after paying AOS.

if it opens u can pay it. Mine didn't open, I had to review ds261 for it to unlock. Paid it and sent packets, by the time iv processed and we did ds260 the packets arrived so my scan date was sooner

7/30/2015 Sent I130 priority mail to have tracking, I suggest you do the same.

1/4/2016 petition received at NVC (call and confirm it arrives. About 15 days try to get your case number and receipt number, I got mine in 11 days)

1/15/2016 Called NVC and got case/invoice number logged into this site to pay fees, pick agent -> https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx 1/15/2016 picked agent DS-261

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

♧CASE COMPLETE. .. march 8th

3/11/15 interview email

4/20/15 shots 4/25/15 rest of medical exam

INTERVIEW APRIL 27TH @8:30

April 27th 221g for additional documentation and placed in administrative processsing.

June 20th submitted evidence requested

June 23rd case was touched by embassy

August 1st case was touched again.

AUGUST 16TH embassy called and wants a new co sponser yet he met requirements.

Found a new co-sponsor

Handed in aos sept 11th

Set 18th another update

Sept 28th update and embassy called

SEPT 29TH ISSUED FINALLY

OCT 2nd visa in hand

POE October 22nd 2016

Finally I was able to compete the DS 261. I guess it was a website issue this morning. I called NVC to review the DS 261 over the phone but the agent refused. Saying they have not mailed me the welcome letter. I told her that I have completed the DS 261 already she said no. An hour later I received an email with the welcome letter to pay the AOS fee.Wow! This is good news guys.

Same thing happened to me. Now that you have the welcome letter, you can call them and they will review it with you over the phone.

In the welcome letter on the AOS documents checklist required it says proof of relationship and IRS transcript. Do we have to send proof of relationship to NVC or take it to the interview? I don't have the IRS transcript I only have the W2 and pay stubs it that ok?

Same thing happened to me. Now that you have the welcome letter, you can call them and they will review it with you over the phone.

Do I have to still call them to review it or just go ahead and pay fee.

My scan date was February 8th. I got a checklist. They want to see proof that my offences didn't goto court. Oh well. Have to stay positive.

Good luck all, and all you Feb 8th scan dates. You should get case complete anytime now.

It's ok 3 N/A means CC but How do u know if u got checklist ?

You'll be fine buddy. I thought you only needed court records if you'd actually been to court, not proof you hadn't been to court. Just a tiny thing and means we will have to wait about 30 days. We are both gutted. My wife sent off my subject access report to them already though. I didn't think they needed that until the interview. Also, they didn't send us a checklist, my wife phoned them today and they told her.

Best of luck to you, keep me updated with how you get on. My fingers are crossed.
