Thank you! Still waiting for the AOS fee to show as "paid" but I guess I'll go ahead and call them now for the review of the DS 261.

A bit confused about the cover sheet thingy but I guess I'll tackle that later. My supporting docs are on the way to my hubby overseas and will hopefully delivered soon.

Thanks again!

You can print the cover sheets for the AOS and IV....don't worry you will get everything done.

I just finished filling DS 261 and paying AOS. So ....just wait ?? coz it is asking for the I-864 ... but I thought we are supposed to send BOTH AOS and IV packages email online at the same time. I guess I can do it whenever since my case number starts with HNK I can email everything online. Am I right?? >.<

read the first link in my signature. You should review ds261 and get your packets together. Pay IV and send packets to nvc then do your ds260.

That link was my guide, no checklist and got cc yesterday

Confirmation on my cc.... no check list, thank god now to embassy!

You can actually seems packets together after aos fee is paid to save time. Reviewing the ds261 will unlock iv fee. Once that is processed it unlocks ds260. So we sent out Packets prior

Yay, reviewed the DS-261 over the phone this morning. Piece of cake. Now still waiting for the AOS fee to show up as "paid". How long did you guys have to wait for that? Hubby paid the fee on saturday. It says 2 to 3 business days on CEAC and 5 days on the NVC website!

Also, after I had the choice of agent form reviewed over the phone it doesn't say "not invoiced" next to the IV Bill anymore. I hope that's normal?

Hi Rosegrove,

NVC also reviewed my DS-261 over the phone and I think the AOS fee showed as PAID the next day, or 2 days after. But I would think yours should update by Friday..hopefully.

What does it say next to the IV bill? Either way, I believe it's normal. Should unlock shortly after the AOS fee shows PAID.

Hi :-)

It just says nothing next to the IV Bill anymore. Not on the summary page but on the Fees page. I guess I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

lol I can imagine! We were there (Texas service center) for almost exactly 6 months so our wait wasn't bad, compared to others with way longer wait times. I remember just praying that that wouldn't be us.
