Only if NVC doesn't have your email addresses. But nothing should be sent to you in Nigeria. They have both your emails right?

Hey guys

I'm confused about the issue of passport pictures for the IV package. On the NVC Wiki is says those have to be submitted with the package to the NVC. On the NVC website however it says I need to bring those with me to the interview. Can somebody clarify?

(Don't know if it makes a difference but we also submitted passport pics to USCIS with the I-130)

I have already mailed my supporting docs to my husband overseas and did not include those pics... Still have a digital version of it; not sure if we could use that too?

We didnt send any passport pic with the iv package. Passport size pics r not on the checklist of things to b sent to them anymore.

I submitted pics to my lawyer that are of indian size and she didnt say anything .Also when i sent them to uscis they didnt say anything either

You have to be looking at someone else's spreadsheet. Or did you mean no one lately on the spreadsheet?

I know right now Algeria is at 7 months. But many of the Algeria people I have went transferred to the embassy from others thus why you don;t see recent and frankly most don;t update their timeline and I can't be chasing folks who don't want to bother.

Thanks for that; so it was on the list before? That´s probably why it´s still in the wiki. And it kinda makes sense to bring them to the interview instead.

Ues it was on it b4 but when u get the welcome letter there will b a checklist of things that should be included in the aos n iv package and passport size photo is not 1 of them. If u follow the instructions on the checklist and include all that applies to u then u shud b gud. Good Luck.
