I'm one of those rarities who gets answered by NVC via email and I got this today (edited to protect our privacy):

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: MDD2015XXXXXX filed by E.A. on behalf of A.M.

We are in the process of matching the mail we received on 25Jan2016 with the mail we received on 16Feb16. We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. The NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to schedule your case for an interview.

I take this as very good news ???

So I have a case for my wife and two children. Looks like for wife and one child, my case is being forwarded to the embassy. I got a checklist on both about my I864 however. For the second child I got a checklist also and nothing about the case being forwarded to the embassy. They say they did not receive an I864, which is odd because the first child and the second child had exactly the same I864s, which were copies of the one for my wife. I will have to call them when they open tomorrow, I don't see how they can schedule my wife and one child for an interview and leave off the second child.

My scan date is Jan 27th.

I have the same kinda case where my husband petitioned separate cases for me and our 2 kids. NVC's habit was to send info for me and 1 of my kids by email, then send the other by regular mail. I was constantly having to call them to rectify and they can never give a proper answer. Hoping you get some sensible answer to your query

Hi,

You would answer YES bcuz you are required to undergo a medical assessment prior to your interview. You must take immunization records showing vaccines received (if you have any). The embassy-appointed physician will conduct medical and tell you if you need vaccines etc, then he/she will send you to get vaccinated (extra cost;amount depends on country). You will then have records to show proof of vaccinations ☺

Just called NVC and found out our case complete on Feb 25th!! I'm so excited and relieved.

I'd been checking for the 3 N/A's every half hour for the past few days and was getting disheartened. Finally decided it was better to find out earlier than later if we got a checklist. Turns out, our case has been complete for a week. But still no 3 N/A's for some reason. May be because I did electronic processing, don't know for sure. My advice is to call NVC and check if others with your scan date already have CC and if CEAC doesn't show the 3 N/A's for you.

Why not just log on and fill this all out why all this back and forth. Just login to the website and submit your own information.

I don;t see contact anywhere but I would assume it's the petitioner. I have the DS-260 printed out and there is no Contact anywhere listed.

Is it right above the Family Information where it states Permanent Address That section is where are you moving (the petitioner info).

Question:Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law? Yes or No Is Yes you will have your medical so you will have the documents.

They are saying that there is still "mail pending" on the two cases that aren't complete. Is this normal? Everything was sent with cover sheets and in the same envelope, so it all arrived at the same time. Maybe each case should have gone into an envelope, then into a main envelope.

Hey, I got my PCC from passport office only but just now found this website dont know how far applicable but do verify,its the ***removed***.

But says if more than six months then

• The passport office that issued your passport
• The district police office serving the applicant's place of residence.

If passport issued within six months then

• The passport office issued your passport
