Quick question, in ds260 form do i need to start filling all the states i have lived in my country? never traveld out b4.

You fill out the information that applies to you. It ask about last 5 years make sure you have no gaps or the form will not submit in systems and give you an error.

HI! my case is AT NVC means its still in NVC? I know my interview date,It will be in April and in how many days it will be IN TRANSIT?

Usually goes out 3 to 4 weeks before interview. It just depends. No set time.

Hello guys! Quick question on ds260 form. 1. On the first column about personal, address information, what do they mean by name provided and full name in native language? 2. In ds260 form, i dont understand the column that talks about document type. 3. On page 3, where they said contact person, is it me of the petitioner? 4. On the last page, the colum that talks about social security number information, i am kinda confused. Please guys any useful information is greatly appreciated. Thinking of mailing it in on monday.

1. On the first column about personal, address information, what do they mean by name provided? Your full name Last name, First name, Middle name
2. Full name in native language? Click does not apply
3. In ds260 form, i don't understand the column that talks about document type? It should be Passport
4. On page 3, where they said contact person, is it me of the petitioner? I have the entire online DS-260 in front of me and see no question about contact person . Please tell me what the question says.
5. On the last page, the column that talks about social security number information. Your answers should be NO, YES, YES

And Thank you. I say that sincerely because I took out my copy of the DS-260 we submitted to NVC and OMG I made a big mistake. Lord I am amazed.

The date NVC receives your AOS and IV packages. They send a letter to you when they receive. That starts the countdown to 30 to 45 days to case complete.

Download don;t think you can. But you can print the whole thing. It's very nice to look back and reference as I just found a major mistake. Phew thank God we got Case Complete.

Hey!! I think our Feb 1sters will get cc tomorrow!!! since Jan 30th&31st were weekends! I was told they don't scan mails on weekends. I am way toooo excited!!!!

My first scan date was Jan 25, but since I had to submit a document later, I got a second scan date on Feb 16. Feels kinda unfair that they choose to cluster all together and use the second scan date instead of the first one, but that's not my choice... I could've risked not submitting that document, but that could've delayed the process in turn even more. Who knows...

I know two more weeks go fast, but it feels like I've been waiting months to get case complete

Mine is also February 16th and I'm already checking for 3 n/a's 2 times a day! I'm praying the next 2 weeks will go quickly with no checklist!!!

Oh okay. My case got approved by uscis 2 days ago. Should i wait for the approval notice or I can start calling the nvc?

Hope I am posting in the right place. Just got scan date February 26,2016. Let the countdown begin! And hope there is no checklist along the way! I can't believe I got through this part so fast, Got my case number and IID number on February 19 was able to do everything with in a week. Now time to wait some some more. Good Luck everyone!

I'm curious....maybe it was asked and answered before....but why do you have to fill and mail out the DS-260 form????? Isn't the DS-260 available to you online? This is the link to use once you have your case # and IIN #, you then gain access to the online DS-260 form:
