I am praying for all those waiting for their interview date to be assigned, especially folks from Jamaica. Stay positive and just think of the moments when you will be together.

Just wanted to give an update: my wife received the email with the tracking number on Monday and her passport with the visa will be delivered tomorrow. Unfortunately, she came down with a bad case of bronchitis in Montréal, so she will make her POE after a few days extra rest on Sunday.

We are so glad that this process went as smoothly (and relatively quickly) as it did and we are truly grateful for all the very helpful information and tips we received from people here on these forums. Good luck to all of you for a speedy end to your visa journey !

Congratulations and I hope that your wife feels better. Sunday will be here in no time! ;)

I have completed my medicals on the 22nd March. Even though we are yet to have interview date.

At the Medical centre they urged us to complete interview readiness form.... I thought this was not necessary as the interview is scheduled by NVC. But i guess since there is nothing to lose, I filled it in and submitted on-line to the consulate. Hopefully we can get interview date soonest.

The wait is almost unbearable :(
