Most people from STK. tells me it need to say "10 days ..."

So thats what i´m talking about, look at screenshot in post made the wiki

Them people in STK TOLD YOU WRONG, take a closer look, that 10 days thing is for NONIMMIGRANT VISAS.

The wait 10 days ISSUED screen shot should be removed from Wiki, it does not apply to IR1/CR1.

Hey.. start believing you got your visa, I know they put a bad taste in your mouth, but relax and wait for your visa.

Is NVC scheduling interviews now? I thought it was the end of every month to the first week.

They start end of month. Some embassies just are scheduling. They keep going until they either fill all slots or run out of case files.

hats why I tell people to call and ask specifically about their own embassy to find out whats up. NVC can't start scheduling until the embassy sends their calendar of slots available for each visa type NVC is handling.

Hi Guys,

:dancing: I am through with this leg of my immigration journey. My daughter's interview was 2 questions. Her visa was delivered on the Tuesday after interview (6 days!!!) and I bought her ticket for the Thursday. She is here and all is well :) I just wanted to stop by to give you guys some encouragement as you continue to wait on your loved ones remember "Each day that passes brings you one step closer to seeing them".

Dwheels76

Where do I begin...As a person travels along their life's journey, with all its twists and turns, I believe that person (and all of us) owe it to humanity to help each other. If that one person can make a positive impact on a single person's life, before returning to dust, then that is a life of purpose and one well spent....

Dwheels76 you are one such person! Our paths have only crossed virtually but you inspire me to be a better person in my life's journey... I have observed You, the selfless way you give of your time and energy to put up the monthly posts, from answering our never ceasing, "repetitive" questions to giving us words of encouragement or advice to help our immigration journey .... You are never rude or condescending, always helpful and such a wonderful resource...It takes a special person and I know not many of us could do it. Yet, you use this medium - Visa Journey, to touch so many lives and impact so many futures as we start new lives in America! In spite of geographical, cultural, intellectual and language barriers, you are still here month in & month out - giving of yourself, expecting nothing in return... :goofy: Dwheels76 you are an amazing person, and the world is a better place just because you are in it :goofy: If you were near, I'd give you a big hug and say Thank You!!! For now, I will send you a virtual ((HUG)) and thank you by paying it forward, and helping my fellow man, as I continue life's journey...

Enough cannot be said about the Visajourney community - moderators, members all! For having you guy's help and support - Blessing is the only word that fits. Thank you guys so much!

Happy Friday Everyone,

Tashired :)

This is the sweetest words. OMG. I am touched beyond measure. Thank you so much. But it is my pleasure to be here in any way I can along everyone's journey here. I truly consider this my ministry.

I am overjoyed your family is now united and all together. May God continue to Bless you richly in your journey in life.

Is there anyway to check if you have been assigned a interview date besides calling or waiting for an email?

Some embassies (I believe yours) and a few others has a Interview schedule list where they list all the Case#'s and interview dates.

Interview letter comes usually within 48 hours o it being scheduled.

What are you talking about?

Lol...if the issue in slowness of scheduling has to do with manning etc...I'm saying maybe they could open a extra day or 1/2 of day, consider opening "satellite or alternate locations" to assist in handling some of the case load....thats all.

Sorry, I forgot to warn you that I asked about moving my interview date from 14th to 15th of March - new date is more convinient for me to do medicals and interview without staying in capital for weekend. So my date is 15 th of March.
