OK I GOT THE EMAIL TODAY EARLY THIS MORNING..... NOW IM HOPING TO GET AN INTERVIEW DATE SOON!!!!! I WANT HUBBY TO BE WITH US ALREADY....I CALLED NVC YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID THEY WAITING FOR DR EMBASSY SO THEY CAN SCHEDULE MY INTERVIEW ...

All the DR people lately have scheduled their own. Have you checked here for your case#?

You have interview why you looking at that for. LOL Just like how VJ members discovered the 3 NA's means case complete. The AOS turning back to PAID means your case file is at embassy.

I thought so too when they told me it was a cc. but try to call tomorrow...or wait til the day of your interview

I believe in your case it went from NA back to Paid because they reopened your file and gave you a checklist. He already has an interview and case file is at Embassy. Everyone that I have seen report it says PAID now has case file at embassy.

So for those who truly have Case Complete and track their Case and see In Transit they need to watch and they should see when case file arrives and changes to READY the AOS should say PAID.

just done talking with NVC and ask him about , Do i have to have updated i-864 and file a Tax return of 2015 at the time of interview? He told me that I don't have to have updated i-864 and file a tax return 2015 at the interview because my wife interview is April 15th and tax return deadline is April 18, so u will be fine. I also told him that I already file an extension and sent it to my wife with copy of w2, he said that that's not necessary, but it's ok u did it. They will not ask updated tax return information before the tax return deadline.

I posted about this yesterday but I will repeat one thing. Please don;t go by what a NVC rep says. Every embassy every CO is different. I have known of people who were put in AP before April 15th arrived to get their taxes done. Like I stated before many with issues of being close to poverty guidelines whether them or if they have a joint sponsor seems to be the ones more scrutinized.

Good you have extension and W2 so your wife will have. That's what we will have with an updated I-864. It's better to be prepared and have then be put in AP.

Man! I´m sitting here and looking at email and website.

They have added papers to case, can see that.

No email from them yet and CEAC has nothing new to offer.

Come on i just want the book my ticket and be with my wife and kids.

Yeahh medical is done. Now waiting for the next 11 days till my interview cant wait haha!
