I figured they couldn't go through 100 pages of conversation history in roughly 5 minutes of being interviewed on top of asking questions and looking through pictures especially with the embassy in Kingston being as busy as it is. I guess it's just me not wanting to leave any doubts in their mind whatsoever. Also getting all the evidence together keeps me and my mind busy while still waiting on an interview date lol. Hoping to get that P4 email this month. My assumption is that April is filled so I am hoping for an early May interview. I want to make it there before my birthday

Bring as much as you want, they will scan through them fast.

From you give them the papers and pictures to the interview, it´s about 5-10 min depending of the place.

In that time they just look all the things over and see if it´s okay.

When they talk to you, they don´t really look a papers, but at then screen and type in information you give them.

FYI - This is how my AP looks.

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview.

If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.

Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa.

For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardless of additional administrative processing. In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached.

I received that same message as well when my status showed Issued. That text was the subtext underneath.

So it looks like there are 2 ways to see that 'undergoing necessary administrative processing' text.

Real AP - which is the one you have.

Issued - which I am guessing is meaning they are printing the visa.

And for anyone that cares, there are 2 Issued status's.

First issued is the example above (undergoing necessary administrative processing) when they are printing visa.

Second issued is for final processing (which means they sent the visa).

My status on CEAC site showed READY since they got my case and then I got a mail from embassy saying that they could change a date on my interview per my request. I have changed it, moved it one day further to make my trip more convinient. Now my status showes ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS though I havent been on interview yet, it`ll be on March 15th. Is that OK?

It can be that they put you on AP, when i ask for new date.

Never seen it before, but that can be why.

You will have to fit it under the window and it´s about 2-3 cm or about a inch.

So just remember that.

Hi everyone! March 1st we got an email from NVC saying they are missing some documents regarding our I-864 but they will go ahead and schedule my interview. I need to bring the missing documents to the embassy. I've also made a major boo boo on the ds-260. Where you were supposed to list your five previous visits to the US I didn't put my visit when we got married in Texas or the visit when I flew to Texas to help my husband bring his things to Sweden when he moved here. I don't know how those errors could happen, those were two life changing trips!! Do I need to have the ds-260 re-opened and add those visits, can I correct this at the interview or do I even need to bring this up? Good luck to all of you who already have a date and to us who are still waiting

i had divided up my chats in 3 month and had 50 pictures with me in plastic holder.

Contact the Embassy and ask them, what they want you to do.

They are the ones that will handle your case now.

But you can open the ds-260 and correct the errors, but NVC has accepted it..

But ask Embassy.

Are the pictures organized in some type of chronological order? Is it possible to take them to Kinko's, staples and have them copy them on printer paper in order? Of tbats feasible, you can do a collage of the pictures into printer paper, place them in document protectors, and then a paper/plastic 3 ring binder or some type of accordion file with tabs. The binder could fit under the glass or you can easily pull out the documents from the accordion file and slide under the glaas.
